AA+A’s Sandroff and Sutherland perform at the University of Chicago

AA+A faculty, Prof. Howard Sandroff and Assoc. Prof. Ben Sutherland, Ph.D. will hold their World Premiere of “Interactive Improvisation for Computer and Sound Sculpture” on Tuesday 2/21, 12:15 – 1:15pm, at the University of Chicago, Joseph Regenstein Library, 1100 E. 57th Street.

The performance, featuring Howard Sandroff on computer and Ben Sutherland on a Sound Sculpture created by Sandroff, kicks off Regenstein Library’s exhibition on Electronic and Computer Music. After the performance, Sandroff’s Sound Sculpture will be displayed in the Third Floor exhibit, along with scores, CDs, photos and other items of interest.  The exhibition will run until June 2012.
