Documentation Internship at High Concept Labs

The documentation intern will work closely with the Marketing + Communications Manager to ensure high quality documentation of HCL events. The intern will be the primary documentarian of events for the organization as well as for documenting artists’ works as needed.

Job Qualifications:  

Photographic and videography experience is necessary.
Facility with photo and video editing software is also a plus. Willingness to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to direct and/or coordinate a project. Ability to work independently; requires little supervision. Communication skills – will be working with the clients. Physical Strength. Quick Learner. Flexibility/adaptability. Organizational Skills. Creative Thinking.

Sound editing/video editing software, Adobe CS, Lighting Equipment, Sound Equipment, Digital Projectors, Canon 7D camera, point and shoot canon camera, tripod, electric tools. The student will interact with HCL staff as well as artists in residence, guests and other partners of the organization, especially when acting in the documentarian role. It’s important that this person be engaging on an interpersonal level and feels comfortable behind a camera and with the required equipment.
