Position Responsibilities: (not limited to…)
Pull sample requests – shopping for clients; putting together palettes for specific projects,
finding alternate fabrics to replace discontinued fabric, etc.
Enter sample orders in AS400.
Replenish and adjust showroom sample inventory.
Maintain showroom appearance.
Assemble sales reps new launch marketing materials (binders/cut sheets/memo sets etc.).
Order/pull/update/assemble library memo bins and binders for sales reps.
Prepare and set up materials for presentations.
Update and maintain marketing contact list and T-Charts in Excel and SalesForce.
