Studio B Entertainment is looking for (2) two dynamic Interns to join our Studio B Event Series team! The Studio B Event Series is a networking event series that features exclusive conversations with some of the most talented professionals in the Arts & Entertainment industry. We are planning our next event for March 2016 (subject to change).

Our purpose is to create unique experiences that will Empower, Excite and Engage people to pursue work they are passionate about while helping others to do the same.

This is an unpaid internship for course credit offering valuable hands on experience and networking for future career opportunities. This internship will focus on being involved in the planning, production and execution of this amazing platform while working hand-in-hand with Studio B’s leadership team.

Start Date: January 2016

Term: 3 months from official start date with option to discuss extension

Required: Must sign a confidentiality and internship agreement

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
• Assist Leadership team as directed on all elements of the Studio B Event Series
• Vendor invoicing and expense coordination
• Meeting recaps / note taking
• Vendor and talent research
• Marketing and public relations execution support
• Sponsor recaps via PowerPoint
• Onsite responsibilities include
• Sponsor activation execution
• Guest check in
• Set up / break down
• Assist with Talent
• Overall event assistance
