Have you been running your career without a distinct business entity, but not sure which one is best for your creative practice?

This hands-on session will provide a step-by-step review of how to
form a business entity in Illinois, how to legally maintain a business
entity in Illinois, and how to obtain a business license in the City of
Chicago. Participants will be split up into groups based on the business
entity that is the best fit for them, and coached through important
considerations for creating an business registration application (for
Sole Proprietorships and General Partnerships), operating agreement (for
