Talent Pool (talent.colum.edu) is Columbia’s creative talent database
for project collaboration and employment recruitment. Create a
professional profile, upload work samples, and be seen by prospective
employers and fellow students.
Need assistance* with getting started or having trouble with Talent
Pool? Here’s your chance to set-up your Talent Pool profile, or
troubleshoot and work on solving the problem at hand.
At this 15-minute one-on-one start up session you’ll get an overview of
the system features, including best practice tips to presenting oneself
professionally online.
These Talent Pool 1:1 (Start up and Support) sessions are offered Monday
– Thursday from 12-1pm.
To reserve** your spot call the Portfolio Center at 312-369-7280 or log
into Oasis and click on the “Make Appointments” tab. The Portfolio
Center is at the bottom of the page.
