Chicago comic creators and returned Peace Corps Volunteers David A. Burns and Emily Clouse (Columbia alumni) will share how they translated their experiences
living, working, and making a difference in Kenya and Uganda through
educational and entertaining comics. The panel will talk about
Peace Corps service, working to make a difference and how comics as a
medium helped these volunteers to process their service. Free copies of the True Story comic book will be handed out to every
attendee!
