Well, he had some fabulous writers.  NBC has a really cool program called “Writers on the Verge” and it is a 12 week program that works with writers to polish and ready them for a staff writer position on a television series or for Late Night. 

Now is the time to prepare!  The first program is the NBCUniversal Late Night Writers Workshop, and the application is live NOW until January 14th.  The Workshop takes place in New York in March, 2015.
