Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumnus Michael Peters ’05, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting, is in the cast of Psychonaut Librarians, a new fantasy adventure play presented by The New Colony theatre company. Peters is a New Colony ensemble member and co-founder.

Music for the production will be provided by Columbia College Chicago Music Department alum Matthew Muñiz ’03, a graduate of the Music Department’s Music BA program with a concentration in composition. Muñiz has worked as a musical director for numerous productions by The House Theatre of Chicago, where he is a company member. Muñiz recently discussed his work creating music for this production in an article for the Chicago theatre community’s online publication PerformInk.

The New Colony has also invited another Columbia College Theatre Department alumnus, Michael Allen Harris ’11, to join its ensemble. Harris, a playwright as well as an actor, is a graduate of the Theatre Department’s Acting program.
