The Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department proudly congratulates alum Aidy Bryant ’09, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting and a regular cast member on Saturday Night Live, for snagging two 2021 Emmy Award nominations: for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her performance as Annie Easton in Hulu’s Shrill (which she also developed, cowrote, and coproduced), and for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her portrayal of various characters on NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
