Jared David Michael Grant

Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumnus Jared David Michael Grant ’12, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Musical Theatre, is featured in Theo Ubique Cabaret Theatre’s production of Working, which runs through January 26, 2020. Based on the late Chicago oral historian Studs Terkel’s 1974 book Working: People Talk About What They Do All Day and How They Feel About What They Do, the musical focuses on a cross-section of Americans talking about their work lives. The show’s score consists of songs by various songwriters; Grant solos on “Brother Trucker,” by James (“Fire and Rain”) Taylor.
