Columbia Theatre Alumnus Pat Whalen Hosts a ‘Good Evening’ of ‘Late-Night Talk-Show News-Alternative’ Entertainment

Columbia College Theatre Department alumnus Pat Whalen hosts Good Evening #6, the sixth installment of  Good Evening with Pat Whalen on Friday, March 6, at 10:45 PM. Described as “Chicago’s only late-night talk-show news-alternative; featuring live music, interviews and performances,” Good Evening with Pat Whalen takes place the first Friday of every month at The Frontier, the storefront space run by Jackalope Theatre at 1106 W. Thorndale in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. The production staff includes Columbia Theatre alumni Cody Spellman, Andrew Burden Swanson, and Kaiser Ahmed and writers Gus Menary and Danny Socorro Martinez.

Whalen is currently featured in The Life and Sort of Death of Eric Argyle, extended through March 14 at Steep Theatre, 1115 W. Berwyn, Chicago.
