In my last post, I wrapped up what a great program it had been for my cohort. I think I ended the post by saying that I was taking a leap of faith and moving to Minnesota without a job.Well, thanks to my time at Columbia, all the people I met and experiences I had…I was offered a job in Minneapolis—on the last day of Thesis!
I’m excited to move, but I’m a little overwhelmed! Everything has been such a whirlwind for the past month. I got engaged, finished the Journalism M.A. program, got a new job and am moving out of state. Add to that working full time here and getting sick (thankfully it waited until two days after the program ended).[flickr id=”11613577444″ thumbnail=”medium” overlay=”true” size=”medium” group=”” align=”none”]
You guys still have me for one more post after this, which I’ll be writing from Minneapolis. Maybe I’ll get to tell you a little about my new job.[flickr id=”11613451793″ thumbnail=”medium” overlay=”true” size=”medium” group=”” align=”none”]
Here’s a big, fat THANK YOU to Columbia.
