Brittney “Shay” Ellis is an undergraduate studying as a traditional animation major with creative writing as a minor. Before she came to Columbia College of Chicago, she served eight years in the Marine Corps, is married, has two children, and five cats. She hopes after graduating from Columbia to work in an animation studio such as with Disney or Pixar, or even a game company such as Naughty Dog or Ubisoft. She has a interest in paleontology, supernatural mythology, pirates, geeky things galore, and video games.
