Anna Lee Ackermann is an Interdisciplinary Documentary student with a dual focus in film and journalism with a minor in Social Media and Digital Strategy. This past summer Ackermann went skydiving and encourages everyone to do so!

Michael Chen is a junior currently studying Cinema Arts and Science at Columbia College Chicago. Michael enjoys watching documentaries, cosplaying, getting milk tea, and trying to find the best place to get sushi.

Rita Dennin is a junior studying Interdisciplinary Documentary at Columbia College Chicago. Outside of documentary, she has discovered a passion for photography and is interested in all things art from music to fashion. In her free time, she enjoys going to art museums and eating out at local restaurants in Chicago.

Marissa Duignan is a senior Cinema Arts + Science major with a focus in producing. She is currently producing an Afro-Futuristic film and interning at a Wedding Production Company. Her free time includes watching Philly sports teams, eating sushi and wishing she were at the beach.

Roland Fanega is a senior at Columbia College Chicago, majoring in Cinema and Television Arts. Over the past four years he has pursued his love for cinematography, creating projects that range from short form narratives to vérité documentaries. He eventually plans to dedicate his film career to music, merging his passion for cinema and his love for the song and performance.

Alex Jansen is a senior at Columbia College Chicago, currently studying in the Interdisciplinary Documentary program focusing on Photography and Cinematography. Alex has a passion for lighting and technical theater, and his work tends to be about small town culture and historical preservation.

Carlie Keller is a junior at Columbia College Chicago, currently studying Cinema Arts and Science along with a minor in Latin American Studies. She spends her free time in the darkroom, thrifting, and exploring the city.

Sammy Liu is a junior Cinema Arts + Science major at Columbia College Chicago. Outside of his academic life, Sammy can often be found playing with his new 8-week old puppy Jared, supporting mental illness awareness movements, going to the gym and watching Supernatural, his favorite television show.

Camryn Peterson is a student filmmaker currently studying at Columbia College Chicago. Majoring in Interdisciplinary Documentary, Camryn uses a variety of mediums to tell stories. Outside of school, she is usually exploring the city with her camera or finding cute coffee shops.

John Viveiros is a junior at Columbia College Chicago, currently studying in the Interdisciplinary Documentary program. John has a passion for filmmaking and photography, and his work tends to be about politics and culture.
