As a member of the United Airlines Sales Communications team you will help to create and implement United’s business-to-business communications strategy around the world. Sales Communications interacts with employees and various customer types including corporate customers and travel agencies. Sales Communications is responsible for informing employees and customers of product updates, new markets and other critical news. The employee will represent Sales with departments across the company to research and understand how product, service and policy changes will impact the Sales customers and create customized communications to distribute this information.
