MACK Companies, a family of real estate divisions located in the Chicago-land south suburbs is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is a “jack of all trades”. As a Marketing Coordinator, you should have at least a minimum of 2-5 years previous experience in a marketing capacity.
The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and implement marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include but are not limited to; content writing, social media management, special events management, graphic design, advertising, and creating brand awareness. You will organize the preparation of presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, photographs, and reports. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a marketing capacity is a must. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Create, deliver, edit, organize, and optimize marketing materials.
• Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies and brand standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
• Assist in overseeing company’s digital footprint as well as social media outreach.
• Deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, direct mail, and/or the web.
• Coordinate and deliver email marketing campaigns.
• Package and Mass-mail materials.
• Create brochures and sell sheets.
• Provide general support to brokers, other team members, and the marketing department.
• Promote products and services through public relation initiatives.
• Create and deliver press releases, media relation content, case studies, white papers, executive and broker bios, corporate newsletter content, blogs, social media content, and speaking proposals.
• Research media coverage and industry trends.
• Edit and Manage video content.
• Create and distribute customer surveys.
• Edit photographs to use in marketing materials consistent with industry and brand standards.
