Real Estate Team is interviewing for someone to join our team as a personal assistant/paperwork guru (Does not have to be an agent). Must be computer savvy, love paperwork, detail oriented, love client contact and a CAN DO Attitude.
Organize & maintain files and records
Data entry
Competent with excel, outlook and gmail drive
Create and manage systems where needed to better organize the team
Assist in writing monthly mailer
Create template emails for correspondence with clients
Manage projects with time lines
Follow marketing calendar with consistent implementation
Update social media and blog
Implement client gifting program
Consistent follow through on client/referral partner birthday program
