High-end residential interior design firm is seeking part-time intern to assist with administrative and design tasks. Responsibilities include running errands, maintaining library, obtaining pricing, stock and lead times on fabrics and furniture, checking and updating order status, going to the Merchandise Mart, etc.
The ideal candidate will be an Interior Design Student with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, ability to multitask and vehicle preferred.
Experience in assisting and sourcing, managing and executing residential and commercial projects in a fast paced and busy environment. Knowledge of textile, leather, residential and contract collections available to the trade.
