1. Experience in a residential design firm or in a designer showroom.
2. Proven ability to take a project from start to finish including interaction with clients, vendors,
and subcontractors.
3. Strong communication and sales skills.
4. Creative minded and detail oriented.
5. Advanced knowledge of Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Excel software.
6. Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines.
