Performics is seeking a designer to be the keeper of our brand. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill graphic designer. This is someone who feeds on finding fresh ways to deliver information beautifully—whether that be a funky infographic, a polished eBook-style whitepaper or even a simple animation. And sometimes… just a basic powerpoint. We’re looking for someone talented yet humble. Creative yet realistic. Someone who loves variety but isn’t looking to client-hop every month. Because this is even better—this designer’s client is Performics itself. It’s Creative Director, Brand Architect and Design Execution all rolled into one and that requires commitment and focus. If you’re looking to get fully immersed in #agencylife, this is the kind of design gig that gets you to the front lines, managing the visual representation of our brand in online and offline channels and winning us new business pitches on the daily.
This person will be a part of our Marketing team and should have an interest in the full scope of Marketing/Comms in order to help support numerous channels, formats and objectives. This role reports into the Director of Marketing and Communication but will also work very closely with the VP of Business Development and have exposure to many other US Executives.
