DESCRIPTION:
• Represent the Chicago White Sox organization and its partners and sponsors with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm at all times
• Display outstanding teamwork and communication skills, and an energetic personality
• Be prompt and available to work at least 30 home games, including weekends and holidays
• Arrive ready to work no later than two (2) hours prior to game time
• Roll promotional t-shirts
• Select contestants for pre-game and in-game fan interactive features
• Distribute sponsor items and prizes
• Setup and execute interactive elements, including theme night party shops, tents, and tabling locations
• Dress up for theme nights, heritage nights, and Family Sundays
• Participate in team meet and greets on the concourse
• Manage the Mazda Junior Pride Crew game day experience
• Assist with pre-game ceremonies as assigned by the Game Operations Department
• All other tasks assigned by the Game Operations Department
• All Mazda Pride Crew members will be required to wear the team issued uniform at each game worked.
