AAR is looking for an In-House Graphic Designer to help strengthen internal marketing tools. This individual will be instrumental in supporting our business development and executive management team.

Essential duties and responsibilities
• Will collaborate and work closely with senior management, to create a powerful and compelling message through appropriate presentation media.
• Will leverage feedback from multiple stakeholders and prepare creative solutions.
• Will support our sales efforts and strengthen our position in negotiating for potential future
business.
• Responsible for providing creative ideas and concepts to help support a particular branding
strategy.
• Will design presentations tailored to meet the objectives of internal and external audiences.
• Will take initiative to quickly learn and understand our business and industry terminology.
• Must be able to maintain confidential information.
• Will effectively balance multiple projects under urgent timelines.
• Will liaise with multiple internal groups to gather relevant content for special projects.
• All other duties as assigned.
