Big Apple Circus is hosting a reception at The Hokin Gallery on the Columbia College Campus on Monday, November 9, 2015 and needs some help! If you are available between the hours of 4 pm and 9 pm, please keep reading! We are seeking up to 4 temporary staff to do the following:
• Help set-up gallery as instructed by BAC staff
• Greet guests and check-in RSVPs in a friendly and courteous manner
• Pitch in as requested to help serve and/or clear away food and beverage
• Staff coat-check as necessary
• Help with compiling and distributing information packets as directed by BAC staff
• Perform any other reception-related duties as assigned
