Production Artist – Layout Composition:
• Create and edit layouts, ensuring most efficient and accurate setup is complete in the system to reflect the marketing intent
• Adjust layouts and manage versions on behalf of internal customers to respond to market conditions, competition, financial goals, and emerging leadership decisions or strategies in the required timelines
• Assess layouts for completeness and accuracy to brand standards and creative guidelines, managing, executing and validating creative asset changes across base and versioned assets
• Apply system subject matter expertise to most efficiently transact plans and facilitate clear handoffs
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and agency partners to resolve inconsistencies in creative direction
• Respond to management and customer inquiries concerning how to affect additional or new creative strategies in system
• Maintain knowledge base of system capabilities

Digital Asset Coordinator:
• Research and retrieve pickup imagery and other digital assets as necessary from the digital asset library
• Ensure quality and specifications of digital asset follow corporate standards
• Track each image throughout the production process
• Work with Producers and Account Managers to resolve missing image issues
• Manage images on the servers in an organized manner so that they are available for both the digital imaging and creative/production teams
• Daily problem solving in regard to missing files, incorrect images, completed retouching, etc
• Update the team as to the status of all images
• Confirm that requested retouching has been completed by the scheduled deadline
• Archiving and purging of images as necessary
