Students in this position will learn/acquire skills to:
*Assist Faculty and staff with basic technical support.
*Assist LAS instructors seeking technical help with smart rooms.
*Respond promptly in a friendly and helpful manner to questions.
*Demonstrate patience and persistence when helping instructors.
*Answer questions from callers, as well as instructors with technical issues.
*Perform basic computer troubleshooting, including software and printer maintenance.
*Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds.
