This individual will assist with backlog of donations and accessioning. This individual will also assist in the preparations of exhibits for our new location.
Some Essential Job Functions are:
1. Assist Registrar with black log of donations. Numbers artifacts, describes in Past Perfect or Excel, and assists with re-housing and storage of items.
2. Assist Registrar with conversion of old Word and Excel database to the PastPerfect database.
3. Assist Registrar with work on exhibits for the new building. This may include research, decision of artifacts to display, writing label copy, designing exhibit and possibly fabrication.
4. Possible assistance with packing for move.
