Maternity sub position for K-8 visual arts program. Pulaski International is a neighborhood school with a Regional Gifted Center. It is also an IB school, which focuses on inquiry-based learning for students.

Job would be entail teaching ~500 students/week, all grade levels. Program is choice-based and student-centered – applicant would ideally be familiar with the tenants of TAB (Teaching for Artistic Behavior) pedagogy, and comfortable continuing the program in my absence. Curriculum and scope and sequence will be provided.

Applicants must be certified for K-12 visual arts in IL, and will be required to apply to the TAT/sub pool at CPS, in addition to interviewing at the school itself.
