L2TMedia is seeking a Junior Web Programmer who will demonstrate a strong knowledge of programming skills. They should hold a proven track record of developing sites from start to finish with clean, elegant designs that are user friendly and highly functional. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Work closely with designers and other team members to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables 
• Produce accurate project estimates including total number of development hours required and completion dates 
• Communicate to the team with efficiency and accuracy on any project progress and/or delays 
• Offer technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to sales team for their clients’ projects 
• Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities
