Alliance Telecommunications is searching for a Technical Director. This position will be based at client site located in Schaumburg, IL.  

Responsibilities for this position include –

• Overall organization of the technical production process, including maintaining a high level of technical quality in broadcast productions.
• Ensure that all production positions are manned, and all equipment and facilities are checked out and ready before a live broadcast begins, including completing pre-production checkoff documents.
• Provide training to more inexperienced members of the technical crew when needed.
• Produce status reports for the consumption of senior technical managers.  
• Provide budget estimations for productions, coordination of the provision of staging and AV rentals, schedule and supervise production staff and liaise with non-technical corporate clients to define technical production requirements. 
• Develop the growth of AV service, system upgrades and other maintenance issues.
