The CCMA will create an annual Halloween Procession and Festival filled with spectacle, performance, and wonder on the Cultural Mile. The event will celebrate the power and importance of Chicago’s creative community, foster the democratic spirit of Chicago, and become a signature event that attracts tens of thousands of residents and tourists. 

The Festival Producer will work directly with the CCMA staff and the artistic director in developing and executing Chicago’s Halloween Procession and Festival. The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding of the event management process from conception to completion, be both creative and analytical, and have the ability and wherewithal to connect with and involve Chicago’s vast creative communities.
