It’s been a whirlwind of field trips this week with our last stop at Guess Retail at 605 N. Michigan Avenue yesterday. A special thanks to Jillian, Erica, Jenn, Patrice, Nadine, and the other amazing staff members who gave us a tour and spoke about their individual roles as stylists, managers, merchandisers, and more.  Not only did we learn about multiple aspects of the fashion industry, but also about the company culture of Guess and how well they value and reward there employees.  A few pix below before we wrap a day of interviews on campus.  Thank you Guess!
