Submissions for the 2019-2020 Young Authors Writing Competition are now open! To enter, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the website at https://www.colum.edu/academics/liberal-arts-and-sciences/initiatives/young-authors-writing-competition.html
2. Click on the CREATE A SUBMISSION button.
3. Fill out all required form fields.
4. Upload the submission(s). Note: Entrants may submit up to two pieces in each category (creative nonfiction, fiction, and poetry) for up to six total entries. All works should be uploaded at the same time. Format the work as a .doc, .docx, or .pdf.
5. Click on the Submit button.
6. Authors will receive a confirmation email! Finalists and winners will be notified about the results in April 2020.
