Submissions for the 2019 Young Authors Writing Competition are now open! To enter, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the website at https://www.colum.edu/academics/liberal-arts-and-sciences/initiatives/young-authors-writing-competition.html 
2. Click on the Submit Your Work button.
3. Fill out all required fields on the form.
4. Upload the submission(s). Remember: Students may submit up to two pieces in each category (creative nonfiction, fiction, and poetry). It is fine to make multiple submissions as long as they don’t exceed the limit of two per category and are all uploaded at the same time. Please format the work as a .doc, .docx, or .pdf.
5. Click on the Submit button.
6. The author will receive a confirmation email.
