Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alum Connar Brown ’19, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting with a Minor in Voiceover and a Minor in Video Production, is featured in Theatre Above the Law‘s world premiere of Grimm, running October 7 through 31 at the Jarvis Square Theatre, located at 1439 W. Jarvis in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood.

Performed in a cabaret bar, Grimm spins well-known fairy tales — including “Little Red Riding Hood,” “Rumpelstiltskin,” and “Hansel and Gretel” — into a modern story. Brown plays multiple characters, including Rumpelstiltskin.
