Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alum Hannah Starr ’14, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting, is featured in Short Shakespeare! A Midsummer Night’s Dream—a 75-minute abridgment of William Shakespeare’s classic comedy about mismatched love among mischievous fairies, young lovers, and an amateur theatrical troupe of local workers. Starr plays multiple roles in the family-friendly production, which runs Saturdays from February 3 to March 10 at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, located on Navy Pier at 800 E. Grand in Chicago.
The show’s fight choreographer is Columbia College alumnus Jerry Galante ’96.
After each performance, the actors remain on stage for a question-and-answer session before joining the audience in the lobby for individual conversation and photo opportunities. For tickets, call 312-595-5600 or click here.
