Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alums are in the cast and production team of The Secretaries: A Parable, presented by the First Floor Theatre May 5 through June 11 at the Den Theatre, located at 1331 N. Milwaukee in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood.
This outrageous and absurd new comedy about four women vying to be Hitler’s personal secretary in 1944 Berlin features Columbia College alum Emilie Modaff ’14, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Acting. Columbia College alum Kim Fukawa ’07, also a graduate of the Theatre Department’s Acting BA program, is an understudy.
Columbia College alums Isaac-Jay Pineda ’19 and Claire Sangster ’12, both graduates of the Theatre Department’s BA Program in Theatre Design, are the show’s costume designer and lighting designer respectively. And Columbia College alum Leo Batutis ’20, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s Writing for Performance program with a Minor in Theatre Directing, is the assistant director. For tickets, click here.
