Alanna Lovely

Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alum Ann Delaney ’14, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BFA Program in Musical Theatre Performance, is featured in Bachelor: The Unauthorized Parody Musical, running January 13 through February 13 at the Apollo Theater, located at 2550 N. Lincoln in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. And Alanna Lovely, a former student in the Columbia College Theatre Department’s BA Program in Comedy Writing and Performance, is an understudy in the company.

With songs like “Sob Story,” “Two-On-One Tango,” and “The Date Card is a Riddle,” this parody is packed with romance, competition, and contestants who may or may not be here for The Right Reasons. Who will get the final rose? Who will go home heartbroken? And how many Bachelor jokes can they cram into a 75-minute musical? You’ll just have to come pick up your rose and find out!
