Alumni and faculty of the Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department are on the creative team of the Savoyaires‘ production of The Yeomen of the Guard, the 1888 operetta by librettist William S. Gilbert and composer Arthur Sullivan.
Columbia College alum Lauren Griffith ’15, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s BFA Program in Musical Theatre Performance, is the assistant director. Columbia alum Caroline Sandrell ’19, also a Musical Theatre Performance BFA graduate, is the choreographer. And faculty member Tom Kieffer is the costume designer.
