The Factory Theatre, which has devoted itself to presenting original work in Chicago for 22 years, has moved into a new permanent home on Chicago’s northern border. The company, whose ensemble includes several Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alumni, opens its new space at 1623 W. Howard St. in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood with the premiere of the dark comedy The Last Big Mistake. The show opens March 25.

The Factory ensemble includes Columbia College alumni Robyn Coffin (BA ’02), Mandy Walsh (BA ’99), and Christine Jennings (BA ’95), graduates of the Columbia College Theatre Department’s Bachelor of Arts in Acting Program; Shannon O’Neill; and Chas Vrba (BA ’96).
