Alumni of the Columbia College Theatre Department‘s Musical Theatre Program are featured in a new production of the Broadway musical Hairspray, running January 20-February 21 at the Paramount Theatre, located at 23 E. Galena in the western Chicago suburb of Aurora.

The Paramount ensemble includes Allyson Graves (BFA ’12), Danielle Jackman (BA ’15), Mallory Maedke (BFA ’14), Mollyanne Nunn (BFA ’14), Allie Jae, and David Davis. All are alumni of the Columbia College Theatre Department’s Musical Theatre Program, which offers both a BA in Musical Theatre and a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance.

Jackman, Maedke, Nunn, Jae, and Davis all appeared in the cast of Hairspray when the musical was presented by the Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department in 2013.
