Andrea Louise Soule, a graduate of the Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department‘s BA Program in Musical Theatre, makes her Chicago choreographic debut with Kokandy Productions‘ staging of Loving Repeating, a musical tribute to the life and loves of celebrated American author Gertrude Stein that sets Stein’s unconventional creative passions against the backdrop of her lifelong relationship with Alice B. Toklas. Using Stein’s own works as lyrics, Loving Repeating is adapted by Frank Galati, with music by Stephen Flaherty. The show has musical direction by former Columbia College Musical Theatre major Kory Danielson. Loving Repeating plays July 18-August 30 at Theater Wit, 1229 W. Belmont, Chicago.
