Singer-songwriter Jess Godwin, a Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department graduate and now a teacher in the department’s Theatre Foundation Core, has released her newest music video, “Fool Me Once“–the latest installment of her ongoing Godwin Anthology Project, a 12-part series devoted to important people in her life. In the video, released on February 24, Jess sings and plays keyboard while 13-year-old Chloe Lukasiak, former star of Lifetime’s Dance Moms, dances. Godwin’s previous videos are available for viewing on her Godwin Anthology website.

Besides her work as an independent musician and teacher, Godwin also appears on Chicago-area stages, including Northlight Theatre in Skokie, where she’ll appear in Shining Lives May 8-June 14.
