Tech Support in the Library

The Library is partnering with IT to provide face-to-face technical help to Columbia students, faculty and staff.

An IT support specialist will be at the 2nd floor desk in the Library from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to provide assistance with issues related to:

  • campus networks
  • email
  • wireless
  • OASIS and Moodle

Hardware problems are not part of this service.
