National Library Week, April 8-14

This week is National Library Week 2012, a time to celebrate libraries, librarians and all that we do.  Libraries touch many lives and provide a wide variety of resources and services free of charge.
Listen to author Brad Meltzer, 2012 Honorary Chair of National Library Week and host of the History Channel’s series, “Decoded” as he talks about the importance of libraries:

Tell the staff at your favorite library how important they are to you.  Your support will be appreciated!
National Library Week is a national observance sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries across the country each April. It is a time to celebrate the contributions of our nation’s libraries and librarians and to promote library use.  For more information, go to: http://www.atyourlibrary.org/national-library-week.
