TOC’s Exhibitionist blogger Lauren Weinberg called The World as Text’s innovative and welcoming reading room installation (built by John Preus and Columbia College students) “the perfect backdrop for this roundup of zines and other independent art publications.” The exhibition was included in their “10 Best Art & Design shows of 2011, in no particular order” end-of-year feature article.
