Cinema Minima at Coles, 2338 N. Milwaukee Avenue is calling for submissions of under 5-minute films (30 sec/1 min/3 min, etc.), based on winning essays by Beverly Scott, Brenton Harper-Murray, and Robert Castillo. Any aesthetic, format, or translation experimentation through film/video encouraged. Deadline for finished short films is October 27.
