Alums and faculty of the Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department are in the cast and creative team of Another Marriage, a world premiere at Chicago’s internationally renowned Steppenwolf Theatre Company, the nation’s premier ensemble theatre company. The play runs June 15 through July 23 in Steppenwolf’s in-the-round Ensemble Theater in Honor of Helen Zell, located at 1646 N. Halsted in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Columbia College faculty member Heather Gilbert, coordinator of the Theatre Department’s Theatre Design Program, is the show’s lighting designer. Columbia College alum and former faculty member Gigi Buffington ’05 is Steppenwolf’s company voice and text coach. The production is directed by Steppenwolf Theatre co-founder Terry Kinney, a former Columbia College Theatre Department faculty member.
