Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alums are in the company of the devised theatre piece The F*ggots and Their Fr*ends Between R*volutions, a new theatrical adaptation of the 1977 book The Faggots & Their Friends Between Revolutions by writer Larry Mitchell and illustrator Ned Asta. Described as “an imaginative adventure filled with laughter, dancing, puppets, gay sex, possibly illegal activity, and a run time of 90 minutes” by the company, the show runs July 25 through August 4 at the Bramble Arts Loft, located at 5545 N. Clark in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood. For more information and tickets, click here.

Three people stand on a round platform dancing, with one on the left standing behind and embracing the one in front of them. On the floor before the platform, there is a person on the left laying face up looking at them, and another on the right kneeling and looking at them. The photo is bathed in a purple light.
