Columbia College Chicago Theatre Department alum Julia Farrell Diefenbach ’15, a graduate of the Theatre Department’s Theatre Directing program with a Minor in Stage Combat, has been named director of marketing for Shattered Globe Theatre, one of Chicago’s leading companies.

In addition to her work in marketing and social media, Diefenbach is a freelance director and dramaturg. As previously reported in this blog, she has previously served as director of marketing and social media for the Haven Chicago theatre company and as associate artistic director of The Halogen Company, a Los Angeles-based theatre production company committed to the interactive and immersive theatre experience.
